Rather than using a standard thin silicone construction, I specified a thicker profile to give the coasters a more substantial, premium feel. The top surface uses a non-stick matte finish, while the underside features a glossy coating for added grip.

Managed the product development process through prototyping and final approval, with multiple prototype revisions made to address colour accuracy and misaligned logo printing on the underside. Each revision was reviewed against the intended artwork and specifications before the final products were approved for production.
